Job summary

Gama Aviation is seeking an Engineering Development & Apprenticeships Manager to lead the development of the future MRO workforce across all sites. Based in Bournemouth with hybrid pattern, you will own the engineering apprenticeship programmes and the Part 66/LAE development pathways, collaborating with operational leaders and training providers across the network.

You will coach and develop apprentices, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in engineering development.

Qualifications

• Experience within an engineering or technical apprenticeship environment.
• Experience supporting individuals through structured learning programmes.
• Experience working with apprenticeship providers and external training organisations.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end management of all engineering apprenticeship programmes.
• Coordinate Part 66 module training and LAE development pathways.
• Develop and monitor apprenticeship pathways across MRO support functions.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities and training providers.
