Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Programme Manager, the Engineering Design Manager is responsible for leading and developing a highly skilled specialist team across design, development, testing and manufacture.

The role will be tasked with managing all of the engineering functions from the initial design stage through to completion. This will include conceptual ideas, improvement of existing conversions & new product development. The successful Engineering Design Manager will develop the current engineering and project systems, driving a more proactive and customer focussed approach. They will be a highly influential and approachable leader with excellent organisation, interpersonal and people management skills.
