What You Will Do:

• Provide engineering leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead and manage all engineering activities in alignment with international processes, including ISO 15288 and ISO 24748.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, monitor progress, and ensure the project scope is achieved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement tailored processes and maintain governance standards.
• Identify and address resource needs, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and tools for success.
• Represent the company in customer and supplier meetings, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in engineering management and technical leadership, overseeing multi-discipline teams in the Defence / Rail or Service sectors
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Systems, Software/ Hardware Engineering lifecycle and various development models.
• Strong expertise in strategy, planning, and designing complex solutions for integration with other systems.
• Proficiency in engineering lifecycle tools for managing work, configuration, and traceability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
