A career defining opportunity for a Contract Manager to join a big name in the maintenance sector who continues to grow as a major player in the market. With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career. Looking after a portfolio of 4/5 commercial sites in the City London, you will be reporting into an Area General Manager responsible for a contract value of circa £1mn, managing the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
