Job summary

Contract Scotland, a well-established housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Civils Manager to take ownership of groundworks and civil engineering on site across Central Scotland. You’ll move beyond drawings and meetings—walking the job, spotting issues early and ensuring things are done right first time.

You’ll be the go-to person across multiple sites for groundworks and civil works, assessing site conditions, proposing practical solutions, and driving standards with subcontractors to keep
