Airbus is seeking an Engineering Configuration Manager to join the Digital Wing team. The role focuses on managing engineering change activities across the product lifecycle and coordinating with engineering, programme management and manufacturing teams.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Wing Configuration Management, you will ensure timely delivery of change activities, drive continuous improvement and support the broader aerospace programmes.
Location: Filton (80% onsite, hybrid working) | Open to candidates based in Broughton
Contract Length: Until July 2027 with potential extension
Hours: 35 hours per week over 4.5 days
Security Clearance: BPSS+ required (completed by Airbus Security)
Rate: £28.41 per hour PAYE / £38.00 per hour Umbrella

As an Engineering Configuration Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting configuration management activities while ensuring adherence to quality, cost and delivery objectives.
