Job description

We're looking for an Engineering compliance administrator to join our friendly Sunbelt Rentals team. Working closely with the Engineering Compliance Manager and wider Engineering team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily administration, monitoring, and reporting of inspection and compliance activities across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working with data, systems and processes and collaborating with people in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering Compliance team and wider Engineering function.
  • Assist with the scheduling, recording and tracking of statutory inspections to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance records and databases are accurately maintained and consistently updated to support ongoing regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with depots, internal teams and external providers to support timely and effective compliance delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and experience with database entry.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Previous experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
