We’re looking for an Engineering compliance administrator to join our friendly Sunbelt Rentals team. Working closely with the Engineering Compliance Manager and wider Engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily administration, monitoring, and reporting of inspection and compliance activities across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working with data, systems and processes and collaborating with people in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for -

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering Compliance team and wider Engineering function.
  • Assist with the scheduling, recording and tracking of Statutory inspections to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance records and databases are accurately maintained and consistently updated to support ongoing regulatory requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with depots, internal teams, and external providers to support timely and effective compliance delivery.
