• Qualified Assessor with experience in Engineering apprenticeships.
• Sound understanding of End Point Assessment processes.
• Ability to inspire and support apprentices at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and assess apprentices through tailored training.
• Deliver sessions incorporating English, maths, and personal development.
• Build strong relationships with employers to enhance curriculum relevance.

Skills

Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)

Experience delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering

Excellent communication and organisational skills
