Job summary

A leading training organization in Bradford seeks an Assessor to support apprentices through their Level 3 and Level 4 engineering programs. The role requires a recognized assessor qualification and relevant engineering qualifications. The Assessor will conduct assessments, provide feedback, and develop learning plans to enhance apprentices' skills and knowledge. Qualifications

  • Must hold a recognised assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1).
  • Experience assessing apprentices in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or manufacturing are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace assessments for Level 3 and Level 4 apprentices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to apprentices.
  • Develop individual learning plans and track progress.
