A leading food manufacturing company in Northwich is seeking a Department Manager - Engineering. You will ensure the Engineering team meets demands and minimises machinery downtime. Responsibilities include planning work, leading the asset care program, coordinating maintenance, and managing facility upkeep. The ideal candidate has NVQ level 3 or equivalent in engineering, a proven track record in FMCG environments, and strong leadership skills.
