Engineering Administrator (Temporary – Ongoing Contract)

Location: Biggin Hill

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
  • Act as a central point of contact between engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, technical records, and progress reports.
  • Assist in planning, organising, and prioritising engineering tasks based on project requirements.
  • Support engineering leads by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and technical procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between operational teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the engineering department.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an engineering coordination, project support, or technical administration role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
