Job summary

A leading service coordination firm in Armagh City is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage incoming maintenance requests and support daily operations. The successful candidate will handle service calls, prioritize requests, and manage work orders for maintenance and repairs. In this role you'll be the first point of contact for incoming maintenance request calls, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional response. The role involves scheduling Engineers, managing maintenance and repair work orders, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
