Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineer Surveyor to join a leading inspection consultancy. The role focuses on inspecting passenger lifts and related equipment, identifying defects, and producing detailed reports.

Travel across the South of the UK is expected with a flexible Monday–Friday day shift. The candidate should have hands-on lift inspection experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ3 or equivalent, ideally HNC/Level 4).

Qualifications

• Must be an Existing Engineer Surveyor or worked within the Inspection Industry.
• Hands on experience of working with and inspecting Passenger Lifts.
• Experience with lifting equipment and minor pressure equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections to identify defects and prevent failures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure customer compliance with LOLER/PUWAR regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety standards during field visits.
