As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the prison operates safely and effectively. The work we do has a direct impact on prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work alongside skilled and committed colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators, and other professionals, all focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment.
We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time‑bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a Plumber to join us as a Mechanical Engineer with one of the following NVQ Level 3 qualifications, along with a suitable combination of skills:
