Job summary

Baoli UK, part of the KION group, is recruiting an Apprentice Engineer for the Bolton/Liverpool area. The three-year program combines hands-on workshop and field-based training with college study to earn a Level 3 apprenticeship in Lift Truck & Powered Access Engineering.

You will learn to inspect, maintain, service and repair material handling equipment, supported by a mentor and college assessors. Expect travel to college blocks, practical on-the-job training, and progression to a fully

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths and English or National 5 (Scotland).
• Interest in engineering and technology.
• Full UK Driver's Licence requirement.

Responsibilities

• Attending all required training courses (internal & external).
• Passing all knowledge block training tests at college.
• Passing End Point Assessment for Level 3 in Lift Truck & Powered Access Engineering.
• Passing all internal assessments showcasing safety, product knowledge and use of diagnostic equipment.
• Passing all online tests and end point assessments to deadline within two resits.
• Completing your e-Portfolio on time & to the expected standards.
• Working closely with the training organisation to achieve your qualification.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Baoli products.
