Overview

Are you an organised and customer‑oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a dynamic organisation located near Ashford, is seeking an Engineer Coordinator to join their team. Location & Working Hours

Location: Near Ashford (your own transport required). Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5pm.

Salary

£26,000 - £28,000 DOE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange all call outs and maintenance visits for 12 engineers across the UK.
  • Provide customers with a competent and accessible first point of contact.
  • Ensure customers are kept informed of service progress.
  • Provide RAMS.
  • Work with client portals and complete client forms e.g. PQQs.
  • Liaise with technical support in relation to faults to determine if the fault can be rectified over the phone or if an engineer is required.
  • Liaise with engineers on day‑to‑day job progress to ensure all visits are being met.
  • Pass invoice requests to accounts.
  • Report at weekly service meetings.
  • Provide holiday cover for Service and Stock Co‑ordinator.
  • Ad‑hoc project work as required.
  • Use company systems as required (Accounts and Project Management).
Qualifications
  • Experience scheduling engineers.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Competent IT user – experience of MS Office and Sage 50 desirable.
