Qualifications

Waters’ Clinical Systems Development Software team is seeking a skilled and collaborative Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, exploring innovative solutions, and building impactful products. Based in our modern Wilmslow facility, this role focuses on developing software for the clinical market segment, ideally with experience in:

About the Team

Clinical Systems Development is responsible for creating Waters’ Clinical and In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) systems — both hardware and software. Our mission is to deliver meaningful customer benefits by evaluating, developing, and deploying innovative clinical system capabilities.

As part of this team, you’ll help build software used globally by scientists and clinical professionals for advanced scientific analysis. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary group of software engineers, R&D scientists, evaluators, and hardware developers — we thrive on collaboration and shared learning.
