Job summary

Encon Staffing Associates Ltd is seeking an Engineer for a busy Leicestershire house builder, in a varied role serving residential development projects.

You will undertake highway and drainage design and approvals, manage S38/S278/S104 agreements, supervise external consultants, and provide pragmatic engineering support to site teams.

Experience with AutoCAD and drainage/civil design software is essential; applications from housebuilders, consultancies or local authorities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong residential development engineering experience.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD and drainage/civil engineering design software.
• Experience within a housebuilder is preferred, but consultancy or local authority backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities
