A global technology business based in Northampton is seeking an Engine Test Technician to work on diverse engine projects in automotive, motorsport, marine, and aerospace. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive or motorsport with engine test experience and a strong understanding of engine fundamentals. This is a days-only role with opportunities for overtime.

Overview

Engine Test Technician – Northamptonshire – £30k to £40k per annum + overtime – Days only

This is a role within a growing engine test facility. With orders through the roof at the moment they are expanding the team, production is due to double in the next couple of years. You'll be tasked with working on some really exciting engine projects and play a key part in hitting the high quality standards.

What you will find exciting is the variety of work on offer, no day is the same as the projects they work cover different sectors and with this brings all different engines. They have a range of test cells so can meet a range of customers demands.

You'll be working for a global technology business who are leading the way in its field working on projects within the automotive, motorsport, marine and aerospace industries.

This would suit someone from a automotive/motorsport background and has engine test experience, My client operate within low volume manufacturing with high value components, so if you're coming from a similar background that would be desirable. You'll have a strong understanding of engine fundamentals and related systems.

This role doesn't involve any shift work, its just a Monday to Friday straight days role. Overtime is paid as well.
