Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the inboard engine overhaul workshop.
• Lead and support workshop staff and apprentices, providing technical guidance.
• Ensure engines and products are rebuilt, serviced, and repaired to standards.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and safe working practices.
