Location: Essex, UK (commutable from: Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Brentwood, Romford, Grays, Billericay, Wickford, Basildon, Rayleigh, Colchester)

Are you an Engineer with Engine Building experience looking to take the next step in your career on elite-level race engines where your skills directly influence performance on track?

On offer is a permanent, full-time role with a growing engineering business supplying high-performance engine solutions to the automotive and motorsport industry. This is a rare chance to join a small, specialist team, working on projects at the very top of global competition.

You will be involved in all stages of the engine build process - from strip-down, inspection, and diagnosis, through to precision rebuilds, testing, and dyno support. With a mix of hands‑on work and detailed documentation, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistency, reliability and performance of engines competing at the highest levels.

This role would suit an established engine builder from motorsport, aerospace or high‑performance industries, looking for a long‑term opportunity in a close‑knit, highly skilled environment.
