The Sigma Trust is seeking an Exam Invigilator to support our students and ensure fair, orderly examinations across our schools. You will help candidates enter the hall, verify seating, and assist with setup and administration, contributing to a safe and punctual exam environment.

We value safeguarding, clear communication, and teamwork, offering CPD opportunities and a supportive staff culture within a collaborative Trust. This role is based on school hours and local duties within the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete basic forms.
• Ability to exchange routine verbal information clearly with children and adults.
• Seek support to overcome communication barriers with children and adults.

Responsabilités

• Assist with getting examination candidates into the examination hall and seated in the correct place.
• Assist with ensuring that the examination hall is correctly set up and equipped for the examination.
• Assist with examination administration (e.g. attendance registers and seating plans).
