Job summary

Creative Support in Thornaby is looking for a confident Activities Coordinator to enrich the daily lives of people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. This part-time role, 22.5 hours per week, offers engaging activities across our Thornaby service and a supportive, inclusive team.

You will plan and deliver sessions, prepare materials, monitor participation, and adapt activities to individual preferences.

Responsibilities

• Organise, plan and deliver a wide range of engaging activities that meet the needs and interests of the people supported.
• Prepare all activity materials and resources in advance to ensure sessions run smoothly and effectively.
• Monitor participation and engagement, adapting activities to individuals’ abilities and preferences.
