Role Overview

Our Customer Engagement and Pre‑Sales team is looking for an Engagement Manager to guide customers through a change journey as they look to evaluate and embed our legal or tax products into the way they work, helping to establish value while understanding their users' wants and needs. The successful Engagement Managers become key partners for the customers they work with, building effective relationships and a deep understanding of their needs. Leveraging a well‑established framework, our Engagement Managers run short and long‑term projects with our customers to assess needs and help with the transition process to a new product, focusing on our core Research and Guidance platforms and our market‑leading Lexis+ AI and Tolley+ AI.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify and develop opportunities that deliver value for customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate solutions effectively.
  • Support customers through change by helping them integrate our products into their workflows.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the legal or tax sector, or transferable skills that can be applied in this context.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships across different levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage customers and promote positive change.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
