Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Support the member engagement strategy, contributing to improving member understanding and participation in workplace pensions, helping to drive better retirement outcomes.
- Deliver engaging pension presentations to workplace members and intermediary partners. Creating and presenting clear, informative sessions that help employees understand their pension options and benefits, tailored to different audiences and client needs.
- Create innovative collateral reflecting changes in the UK pension landscape, bring fresh ideas and develop new materials that respond to frequent legislative and market changes, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
- Spot opportunities to deepen relationships, expand services to support onboarding of new clients and growth of existing.
- Gather and apply feedback from advisers, employers and members to refine and enhance presentation content, ensuring it resonates with audiences and meets their needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the member engagement proposition and technology and how your role fits into the wider engagement offering.
- Stay informed on market and internal developments, keeping up with industry trends, regulatory updates, and internal changes will be key to ensuring your content remains current and accurate.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

- Good understanding of the UK pension landscape and regulatory environment with a view to undertaking professional qualifications.
