The Meadows Care Home in Didcot, Oxfordshire, part of OSJCT Group, is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for residents, tailored to individual needs and designed to promote independence.

You will work 37 hours per week, 8:30am–5:00pm with alternate weekends, earning £14.18 per hour with weekend enhancements. You’ll collaborate with staff and the local community to enrich residents’ lives.

• Experience creating, organizing and delivering events or activities for elderly residents.

• Engage residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to individual needs.
