With a focus on person-centred care, you will lead activities, manage groups, and collaborate with the care team to ensure every day creates special moments for residents.

Qualifications

• Positive, forward-thinking attitude with ability to inspire and lead others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
