Loughborough College Group is seeking an English & Maths Engagement and Achievement Mentor at Brooksby College to provide targeted coaching for students aiming for GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications. You will work with curriculum teams to monitor attendance, identify underachievement, and implement tailored interventions to help students progress toward further study, apprenticeships or employment.
