Job summary

Montgomery Academy invites applications for Engage Alternative Provision Student Support. This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) within Fylde Coast Academy Trust. The post uses the NJC Pay Scale, Grade E, with Points 12 to 17 pro rata (£25,622 to £27,793 per annum).

You will support students with behaviour, welfare and learning, work as part of a team, and engage with external services where needed. The closing date for applications is 28 September 2026 at 9.00am.

About Montgomery Academy

Montgomery has been serving it’s community for over 60 years and supported many local residents through the challenges of the pandemic. We have a proud tradition of both sporting and academic success and we dominate the local sporting competitions.
