What You’ll Do

Co‑lead a team of planning enforcement officers, sharing responsibility for resourcing, case management, decision making, performance, and development. Manage complex and high‑profile planning enforcement cases across a range of planning issues. Provide expert advice to officers, executive and senior managers, councillors, and stakeholders. Represent the Council at planning enforcement appeals, inquiries, and court proceedings, acting as expert witness. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in planning enforcement practices.
