  • Ability to produce accurate calculations and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Produce BRUKL reports and issue non-domestic EPCs.
  • Advise design teams on compliance outcomes and energy performance.
  • Support overheating or DTM assessments where required.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to technical workflow.

Requirements for the position of Energy Assessor:
  • SAP experience
  • Understanding of Part L2, BRUKL outputs, and non-domestic energy compliance

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with architects, engineers, and clients
  • Interest in developing additional skills such as TM59 / Part O / DTM
