Job summary

Anthesis Group is seeking a Principal Consultant / Associate Director to lead the Energy Transition service line, with responsibility for securing new work, delivering strategic advisory on decarbonisation and energy reporting, and building senior client relationships across industrial sectors. This role is a flexible hybrid option based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial energy, decarbonisation, or related consultancy roles.
• Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Chartered status preferred with IChemE/IMechE/EI.
• Strong understanding of heat and power generation technologies.
• Attention to detail for proposals, bids, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead work winning initiatives across industrial sectors.
• Develop proposals, value propositions, and commercial strategies.
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling of decarbonisation and energy services.
• Leverage digital solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Translate technical insights into commercially compelling business cases.
• Represent Anthesis in industry forums and client engagements.
• Develop partnerships with technology providers and industry bodies.
• Foster proactive opportunity identification and high performance.
