Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths required.
• Educated to NVQ level 4 in a relevant subject or significant relevant experience.
• Relevant professional administrative qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for electricity, gas, fuel, and water consumption.
• Deliver accurate monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Identify consumption trends and anomalies for investigation.
• Gather metering information for invoicing.
• Conduct small-scale projects to improve performance indicators.
