You’ll be joining a team that's passionate about improving building performance, reducing energy consumption and helping shape a more sustainable future. The construction industry is changing rapidly. Building safety, energy efficiency and sustainability have never been more important. The lessons learned from previous building failures have highlighted the need for better-performing, safer buildings, and our work plays a hugely important part in helping raise standards across the industry.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on major developments where your input can influence hundreds of homes, workplaces and communities. Few careers offer the chance to make such a tangible difference to the built environment.
We’re not expecting you to know everything on day one. What matters most is attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
If you want a career where you can make a genuine difference, help create safer and more sustainable buildings, and develop specialist skills that are in huge demand, we’d love to hear from you.
