A leading energy company in the UK is seeking an Energy Specialist to enhance customer experiences and provide solutions. In this role, you will own the customer journey and resolve their needs through communication channels like phone and email. Our Energy Specialists are at the heart of our transformation and helping us deliver net zero for our customers. As an Energy Specialist, your role is pivotal to building strong relationships and innovative solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will own the customer journey, understand customers’ needs, and work with them to figure things out, so they feel part of the EDF family. You’ll chat with customers over the phone and via digital channels (email/SMS) while having the freedom to help them. You’ll take ownership of their needs and work to resolve them, whether it’s handling account queries or coordinating with metering teams to schedule and prepare jobs. We are recruiting Energy Specialists in two different areas with different working patterns: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, or Mon–Fri 8am–8pm plus Sat 8am–6pm (rotation). Full-time or part-time options available (minimum 24 hours for part-time).
