Overview

Energy Regulation Senior Analyst - London, UK. Are you an enthusiastic self‑starter ready to help shape a greener future by navigating renewable assets through complex market regulations? At EDF Power Solutions, your expertise will ensure our assets operate within evolving regulatory and commercial frameworks and support Britain's journey to net zero. This secondment offers the chance to deepen your knowledge of energy regulation and policy while sharpening your analytical skills in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

This role is a 9‑month contract and will be a hybrid role based in the UK, with flexibility to work from home and occasional visits to our London office or other UK locations as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Energy Regulation manager with audits and investigations from regulators and system operators.
  • Manage regulatory compliance through implementing robust Regulatory Compliance Frameworks.
  • Handle market registration for new renewable assets.
  • Provide clear and succinct policy and regulation updates to internal business units.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex regulatory documents and frameworks.
  • Proactive, detail‑focused and confident working across teams with a track record of bringing projects together.
Contract and Location

9‑month fixed‑term contract. Hybrid role based in the UK with flexibility to work from home and occasional visits to London office or other UK locations. Remote working/work‑at‑home options are available for this role. Closing Date: 19th of December 2025 with interviews early January 2026.
