Salary: Up to £60,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator/Analyst to join a Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) team, supporting Member Options. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review pension scheme data and reports to prepare accurate benefit specifications and schedules.
  • Calculate member options (Retirement, Transfer, Trivial Commutation) using actuarial processes, modelling tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Produce clear, quality reports to support downstream activities such as administration updates, reinsurance accounting, premium changes, and project planning.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with DB pension schemes and roles similar to Senior Pensions Administrator/Analyst.
  • Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
