Job summary

Noriker Power Ltd in the UK seeks a commercially focused qualified lawyer to lead contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance across energy projects. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, monitor legal developments, and support strategic decisions for the group.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years expertise in legal document preparation, drafting, reviewing and maintaining contracts, corporate documents and regulatory filings.
Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, including leading negotiations on complex commercial agreements and project documents.
Ability to identify, assess and manage legal issues across commercial, regulatory and corporate matters in energy or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate contracts with business partners, suppliers and customers.
Manage standard contract templates to support project development including land rights, equipment supply, warranty, EPC management and construction.
Monitor regulatory developments and maintain compliance programs across jurisdictions.
