Job summary

International Tech Services Co in London is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with energy pricing data and AI/ML experience to translate business needs into clear requirements. You will drive discovery, document acceptance criteria, align stakeholders across business and technology, and shape practical AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience in the energy sector (oil, power, and/or gas).
• Experience delivering pricing data projects (models, feeds, reporting).
• At least 1 year AI/ML project experience (supporting models, data readiness).
• Proven ability to establish credibility with business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication with clear, structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to clarify goals, scope, constraints, and success metrics for energy pricing and data initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements using user stories, process maps, data mappings, acceptance criteria.
• Define pricing data needs, definitions, and governance across energy contexts.
• Translate requirements to implementable technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Support AI/ML initiatives by shaping use cases and data inputs/outputs.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions; ensure decisions and follow-through.
• Communicate clearly with business and technical audiences; translate technical to commercial impact.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs early to reduce ambiguity and accelerate delivery.
