Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in the power and energy industry or corporate work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of UK and European data protection laws is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support drafting, review, and formatting of legal documents.
  • Maintain and update document registers and document management systems.
  • Assist with corporate governance activities.
  • Coordinate e-signing and document execution processes.
  • Provide support on compliance projects.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research.
  • Manage larger projects and liaise with stakeholders.
