Job description

A global law firm with an award-winning multi-jurisdictional energy-sector practice, which continues to increase its market share, our client is looking to hire an energy-sector focused corporate M&A associate, ideally with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (England & Wales trained and qualified). The ideal candidate for the position will have solid oil & gas sector deal experience (including, for example, exposure to upstream share/asset sales and purchases and farm-ins/outs; midstream and downstream M&A). Experience of / familiarity with energy transition (including CCS, hydrogen, and ammonia) and/or the renewables, power and mining sectors would also be very helpful.
