What' the role?

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll keep our energy generation assets running smoothly-from CHP (combined heat & power) engines and gas-to-grid systems to flare stacks and siloxane removal plants.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in operating, maintaining, and optimising cutting‑edge technology to hit performance, safety, and sustainability targets.

What you'll do
  • Your role is all about keeping our energy generation assets performing at their best
  • You'll diagnose and fix faults, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and make smart adjustments to optimise performance
  • Working with CHP engines, gas‑to‑grid systems, and advanced control systems, you'll ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and meets power targets.
  • You'll also collaborate with site teams, manage contractors, and help solve recurring issues-making a real impact every day
