Job summary

Asset Plus is seeking an MEP Project Engineer to lead energy-saving projects and help the UK transition to Net Zero. You will design and validate EPC solutions with cross-functional teams, ensuring guaranteed carbon, energy and cost savings.

The role involves on-site surveys, data-driven proposals, and collaboration with customers to deliver practical measures. Hybrid role with opportunities for extensive cross-training, development pathways, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

Experience delivering technical solutions within energy-saving, decarbonisation or building-services environments.
Knowledge of IPMVP and M&V principles. Ability to produce investment-grade proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of energy-saving projects from concept to completion.
Develop and validate solutions delivering guaranteed energy, carbon and financial savings.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to improve programme performance.
Identify and report technical deviations affecting guaranteed outcomes.
Conduct on-site technical and quality audits.
Carry out surveys and produce data-driven proposals and reports.
Provide technical oversight during installation to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
Work with internal teams and contractors to support smooth execution.
Assist with Measurement & Verification and post-installation checks.
