Job summary

Adecco has a temporary Compliance Analyst role in Cardiff within the Delivery & Schemes directorate. The position is hybrid with one day per week in the office, starting ASAP and lasting until the end of April 2027.

It is paid at 17 per hour under PAYE, with 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excel with data analysis tools, and be able to communicate complex compliance matters to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong analytical ability to evaluate data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage cases related to energy suppliers and regulated entities.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and escalate key compliance issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather intelligence and manage whistle-blower engagements when needed.
• Communicate clearly to senior colleagues about benefits and challenges of compliance actions.
• Build relationships with energy providers, government bodies and stakeholders to resolve consumer issues.
