Are you a qualified energy assessor skilled in SBEM calculations and compliance documentation, looking to join a growing consultancy supporting non‑domestic and mixed‑use projects? Do you want a flexible, remote role where you can work on varied commercial and mixed‑use developments?
This company is a UK‑based energy and sustainability consultancy, established over 15 years ago, helping clients make buildings more energy‑efficient, comfortable, and compliant with Building Regulations. They work on a variety of residential and mixed‑use projects across the UK, combining technical expertise with a supportive, collaborative culture that values flexibility, professional development, and delivering high‑quality advice to clients.
In this role, you'll focus on SBEM calculations, energy compliance reporting and BRUKL outputs for new or refurbished non‑domestic buildings. You'll produce energy performance modelling to meet Part L2, capitalise on non‑domestic EPC workflows, and provide practical advice to design and construction teams. Secondary tasks include supporting overheating/DTM assessments (TM59/Part O) as a valuable additional skill.
