Energy Assessor | Fully Remote | UK Based

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 DOE | Permanent

Ref: DB088

A leading consultancy within the energy and compliance sector is looking for an experienced NDEA Energy Assessor to join their multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in energy assessments who is passionate about sustainability, technical accuracy, and supporting clients through the planning and construction journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct SBEM assessment and calculations
  • Deliver tailored sustainable design advice
  • Produce energy statements for planning submissions
  • Engage with clients, planners, and building control departments
  • Provide technical support and attend design team meetings
  • Contribute ideas for innovation in energy compliance
  • Generate water efficiency reports
  • Use architectural drawings to model envelope measurements
  • Maintain CRM data quality
  • Organise workload and ensure timely delivery of reports
  • Respond professionally to client queries via email and phone
  • Ensure smooth and prompt delivery of service
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Level 3 & 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • SBEM New Build competent
  • Qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) (Desirable)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • A desire to learn, contribute, and grow within a team environment
