Job summary

Ideal candidates have a quantitative degree and strong problem-solving skills. You will build dashboards, track timelines and budgets, and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to translate business needs into concrete

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to analyse data and surface actionable insights.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Track timelines, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables across multiple deployments.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and delivery teams.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document requirements from internal and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to translate business needs into project plans.
• Help develop and refine internal processes, templates, and tools as the team scales.
• Prepare data-driven summaries for internal reviews and customer updates.
• Spot opportunities to apply automation to streamline analysis and reporting.
