Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team in the UK. You’ll move between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, ensuring smooth, warm service and a memorable guest experience.

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in a dynamic, multinational environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant or hospitality experience or strong enthusiasm to learn
• Great communication skills and ability to connect with people
• Able to manage multiple tasks without losing composure
• Speak English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence
• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm
