Elite Youth Sports Ltd seeks energetic Holiday Camp Assistants to deliver engaging, multi-activity sessions for children during school holidays. You will support recreational sports, games, and team-building activities in a safe, inclusive environment across Oxon/Berks.

The team offers Nerf Wars, Laser Tag, parachute games, and more to inspire activity and confidence in kids aged 4–13. Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with coaching or childcare qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a similar environment/childcare, school or coaching capacity.

Responsabilités

• Support the daily schedule of sports, activities and arts and crafts.
• Encourage participation across different ages and abilities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Foster a positive, energetic camp atmosphere.
• Support behaviour management in line with camp policies.
• Collaborate with peers and camp leadership.
• Assist with daily set up, pack down and camp duties.
• Confidently lead group activities and sports sessions.
• Energetic, reliable and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety.
